Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize model inference performance for latency-sensitive environments.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
