- Lead technical strategy for MLOps, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines for production-grade AI workloads.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define the roadmap for autonomous AI agents and multimodal systems.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging paradigms such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
