Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the research and development of next-generation algorithms, focusing on generative AI and autonomous systems.

Qualifications
