Responsibilities
- Spearhead Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation autonomous systems and intelligent robotics frameworks.
- Algorithm Development: Develop scalable, high-performance algorithms for predictive modeling, computer vision, and natural language processing.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into complex robotic hardware ecosystems.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously optimize neural network architectures and inference engines for real-time latency and energy efficiency.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and driving proof-of-concept implementations.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of robotics kinematics, sensor fusion, and control systems.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
