Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale neural networks and machine learning models.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ethicists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies in the AI space to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
