Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning models for our core 2026 infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Publish high-impact papers and drive innovation in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and deploy large-scale models on cloud infrastructure to ensure real-time latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and distributed systems.
