Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for advanced AI systems including generative models and autonomous decision engines
- Lead cross-functional working groups to establish transparent AI audit protocols and bias mitigation strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through policy briefs, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership
- Monitor global AI regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Design and deliver AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in emerging AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.) and 2026 compliance requirements
- Proven track record of developing organizational AI ethics policies and implementation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with bias detection tools and algorithmic fairness evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures as they relate to AI ethics
- Published research or practical contributions to AI ethics discourse preferred
