Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, self-improving AI architectures capable of complex, multi-modal reasoning.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists in developing next-gen neural interface protocols.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale transformer models on decentralized, high-performance computing infrastructures.
- Pioneer research in quantum machine learning algorithms to accelerate computational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce rigorous safety guidelines and ethical frameworks for sentient AI development.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into viable, market-ready products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, safety alignment, and regulatory compliance in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
