Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI architectures.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large foundation models for specific enterprise use cases, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and multimodal AI.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models into existing cloud infrastructures using containerization and microservices.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor model performance, reduce hallucinations, and improve inference speed.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
