Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end Generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model fine-tuning and serving.
- Design scalable infrastructure for LLM inference and training, optimizing for latency and cost.
- Collaborate with research scientists to adapt state-of-the-art models for specific business verticals.
- Implement robust evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, hallucinations, and bias.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical compliance of all AI systems deployed.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
