Role Overview
The Senior AI Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our generative models, from training and fine-tuning to production deployment and optimization. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Systems: Design and implement scalable architecture for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal generative systems.
- Model Optimization: Develop strategies for model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost.
- RAG Implementation: Lead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility and automated retraining.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Generative AI or LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
