Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of talented engineers in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Define technical strategies and best practices for data pipelines and model training.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical vision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
