Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready models.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for AI development.
- Collaborate with product leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities that align with our long-term vision.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
