Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps infrastructure.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical risk assessments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
