Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming flagship product releases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures that can handle next-gen computational loads and data complexities.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced neural networks, edge computing) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor High-Performing Teams: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure Compliance & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
