Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure to support high-volume, low-latency applications for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Development: Lead the research, training, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI components into our core product ecosystem using MLOps best practices.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) and define how they fit into our long-term strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise innovative technical solutions.
