Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for the 2026 Roadmap, defining core AI principles and architectural standards.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and energy efficiency in edge environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI advancements expected in 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
