Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 Agentic Framework.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model inference performance to support real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing production-grade systems for large-scale AI applications.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
