Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and deploying complex AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
