As a key player in our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, building the intelligent systems that will define the next decade of computing.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale machine learning models and LLM pipelines.
- Implement MLOps strategies to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Drive innovation in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and deep learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing and deploying models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
