Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives focused on next-generation AI models and NLP capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product features.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and model versioning.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
