Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance distributed systems for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the development and training of proprietary large language models and predictive neural networks.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve resource efficiency for edge deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers and product managers to define the roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain our high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, integrating breakthrough technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML model deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Deep understanding of distributed computing principles, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
