Nexus Future Systems is looking for a visionary Senior AI & Future Systems Architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation artificial intelligence ecosystems. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical, scalable implementation in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures focused on scalability and long-term sustainability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing and deploying machine learning models that power our core product suite.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and advanced neural architectures.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and efficiency, ensuring high availability in critical environments.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and mentorship programs for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and proprietary tools to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Experience with generative AI models and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
