Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume generative tasks and complex neural network operations.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into next-generation machine learning paradigms, focusing on efficiency, interpretability, and reduced carbon footprint.
- Technical Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure latency and accuracy meet enterprise standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and adherence to emerging AI regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
