- System Optimization: Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex problems and implement data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
