Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural networks for predictive analytics in 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing with traditional AI architectures
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create simulation models for future human-AI symbiotic ecosystems
- Conduct research on neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging AI paradigms and future-proof coding practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Intel Loihi)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three deployed AI systems with >99.9% reliability
