Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of advanced neural network architectures, including Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency inference in high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior and mid-level engineers.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of improving model accuracy and reducing inference latency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
