Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal models to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering technical excellence.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive initiatives to reduce model latency and inference costs while maximizing accuracy, ensuring real-time performance in production environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) is required.
- Model Engineering: Deep expertise in MLOps, model deployment strategies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for AI models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
