Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI architectures, including LLMs and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical compliance in all AI applications.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
