Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of production-grade ML pipelines for next-gen AI applications
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in federated learning and neural architecture search
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud-native platforms
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive innovation through technical workshops and knowledge sharing
- Optimize model performance for edge computing and IoT ecosystems
- Contribute to 2026 technology roadmap with industry-disrupting prototypes
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks

- Strong foundation in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
