Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid AI/quantum systems capable of processing complex, multi-dimensional datasets in real-time.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms to solve critical business problems, leveraging frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing modules into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in future-tech environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Predict emerging trends in AI and quantum hardware to inform long-term product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Information.
- Extensive experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and handling large-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading technical initiatives.
