What You'll Do

Responsibilities

- Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into consumer-facing applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to rigorous safety and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-dimensional spaces.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
