As a key member of our research division, you will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art algorithms and driving innovation that will shape the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the development of next-generation AI models and algorithms aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimization: Design and implement novel techniques to improve model efficiency, scalability, and performance on large datasets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge research into deployable, high-impact products.
- Research Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish thought leadership.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Benchmarking: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and benchmarks to validate model performance against state-of-the-art competitors.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify emerging trends and propose innovative solutions for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
