Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI technologies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate future tech shifts.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring scalability and ethical standards.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and report to stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of innovation, fostering collaboration between data scientists and business units.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
