Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-gen applications.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Design & Build: Oversee the design and implementation of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and next-gen cloud technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design.
- Stack: Deep expertise in modern languages (Python, Java, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex delivery cycles.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design resilient systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
