Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex).
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility (WCAG).
- Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go) is a plus.
