Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to pilot experimental technologies before they hit the mainstream market.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives to drive buy-in.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof architectural frameworks for enterprise solutions.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with our technical recruiting team to identify top-tier talent specialized in long-term tech trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies proactively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating future tech concepts into business value.
