Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market conditions
- Author executive-level trend reports and innovation whitepapers for stakeholder decision-making
- Integrate future-gazing methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Present strategic forecasts to executive leadership and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
