Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Initiative, defining strategic priorities for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop future scenario models for C-suite decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision features into development roadmaps
- Present strategic forecasts to global stakeholders at industry summits and board meetings
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports read by Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner or equivalent professional designation
