Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives mapping technology trends and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making and product roadmaps
- Curate and manage the 2026 Innovation Lab's global network of futurists and technologists
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies for market readiness
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies including AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of publishing seminal research on emerging technology impacts
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Strong network connections with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi studies)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives with measurable outcomes
