Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and social trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making

- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity assessment
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry impact
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development roadmaps

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
