Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for industry disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for business integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-critical solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-forward environments
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
