Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives for 2026+ technology trends
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into organizational strategy
- Present findings to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation workshops across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology innovation platforms
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting 2026 business landscapes
