Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for post-2025 market landscapes
- Produce scenario-placing models for technological disruption in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams on strategic adaptation methodologies
- Author proprietary foresight publications distributed to global industry leaders
- Design simulation algorithms for geopolitical and socioeconomic forecasting
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with 10,000+ indicators
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend reports or scenario-placing projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts into business strategy
