Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy prototype systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in human-machine symbiosis and brain-computer interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on 2026 technology roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies and ethical development practices
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate modeling and sustainable infrastructure systems
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in R&D or emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in IEEE journals or ACM conferences on AI/ML or quantum computing
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Intel Loihi)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Proven track record of shipping commercialized futuristic technologies
