- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee incubation of experimental projects with potential $50M+ market impact
- Author annual Future State reports and trend briefs for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and sustainability frameworks
- Experience managing cross-geographic innovation teams and budgets
