Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to navigate disruptive trends
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish cross-industry innovation partnerships with Silicon Valley and global research ecosystems
- Design and manage Horizon Dynamics' annual Future Outlook report distributed to 10K+ stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge analytical tools
- Present findings at Davos, TEDx, and UN innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic innovation, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing foresight insights into enterprise strategy
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience working with governments on technology policy development
