Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for long-term business planning
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on innovation and future readiness
- Advise on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Design and implement organizational change strategies for future workforce evolution
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with emerging technologies and their market applications
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., from APF or IFTR)
