What you'll achieve:

Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance and biotech regulation
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Drive innovation pipeline development for Web3 and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Publish quarterly future-state briefings for investors and stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
