Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based models and risk assessments for emerging innovations (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future trends and innovation pathways
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
